Privacy Policy

Application: Veto Power
Effective date: 16 July 2026
Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Veto Power mobile application (the “App”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Summary

Information We Collect

Information stored on your device

Your progress, preferences, and settings are saved locally on your device. This information stays on the device and is not transmitted to us. Removing the App from your device deletes this locally stored information.

Diagnostics and crash reports

To detect and fix problems, the App collects anonymous diagnostic data when it encounters an error or crash. This may include technical details such as the type of device, operating system version, App version, and information about the error. This data is not used to identify you.

Anonymous usage statistics

The App collects aggregated, anonymous statistics about general usage and performance so we can understand how the App is working and improve it. These statistics are not linked to your identity.

Approximate location (coarse)

When diagnostic or usage data is sent, our service providers may derive an approximate, region-level location from your internet (IP) address — for example, the country or region. The App does not access your device’s precise GPS location.

Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the app store (for example, Google Play) and, where applicable, a purchase-management provider. We receive confirmation of the purchase and related purchase data needed to deliver and restore your purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; those are handled by the app store.

Photos and camera (only if you choose to use such a feature)

If a feature that uses a photo is available and you choose to use it, the photo is processed on your device only. Photos are not uploaded to us, are not sent to any server, and are not shared with third parties. You may revoke photo or camera permissions at any time in your device settings.

How We Use Information

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process the limited data described above on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the App secure, stable, and functional, and in improving it, and to perform our contract with you when you make a purchase. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of reputable third-party providers to deliver the functionality described above, including:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except: (a) the service providers described above, acting on our behalf; and (b) where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.

Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Diagnostic and usage data held by our service providers is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above and then deleted or anonymized in accordance with their retention practices.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are applied as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
